Description

The external cooling unit makes it possible to store up to 10 litres of fresh milk. When a beverage is prepared, the Schaerer Coffee Soul 10 and 12 draw the required milk directly from the cooling unit, which, to save space, is placed between two machines instead of one cooling unit per machine.
